Teacher’s Day Special

                                     Teacher’s Day Special
First of all I would to like wish all of you “A very special Teacher’s Day”.  Today on this auspicious day I really want to share a tiny memory of my own life which I saw, I learnt and I felt. I am a 21 year old girl, I remember when I was in my school I had a Hindi Teacher Mr. Anil Singh. He was a nice personality and yes he is. I was not a good student and academically I was an extremely dumb student especially in Maths. Honestly speaking the only talent which I had during my school days then I can say it was a talent of Speaking (Speech). I used to give speeches during Independence Day, Republic Day, Teacher’s Day and many other school events. Whatever the occasion may be my name has to be in speech list. As I said academically I was very bad especially in maths, other subjects were pretty good and I used to score 70 up approximately in all theory subjects but sadly to say in maths I used to get below passing marks (red pen always beside my math’s marks).
On the other hand my sister was a math’s topper in my school. We both were in same school. She is two years elder to me. Sometimes people used to advise me that I should be like my sister and because of that I used to feel bad because may be I am not good in maths it doesn't mean that I can’t do anything in my life or because of that reason I should be like others. I had some potential, even I knew but no one wanted to believe on me not even my parents were so interested to know about my potential. As we all say there is dawn after the dark night same happened with me. My Hindi Teacher had faith in me that I will do something good in my life, so he always used to give my name for all speech competitions and many other speaking activities. The most important thing about him was when he used to teach us during Hindi class he always used to tell us brave stories of Jhansi Ki Rani Lakshmibai, Swami Vivekanda and many other legendries of Ramayana, Mahabharta, Bhagvad Gita etc.
I used to get inspire from his talks. One day first time in my life I took a serious decision of becoming a “Lawyer” and same happened again everyone discouraged me even my parents demotivated me to not to join LAW. They criticized me a lot but I didn’t change my decision and after completing my HSC took admission in Government Law College of Mumbai, The most glorious Law college of India.
I think joining Law school was one of the best decisions which I have ever taken in my life. today on teacher's day i want to say thanks to you for placing so much encourages in me. Now I don’t know where you live but I have written this article for you as a token of respect to you. On 5th of September 2013, 12.55 pm writing this small memory of my life regarding your personality is just a minute “Gurudakshina” to you which I never gave you during my school life.

“This small poem for you my dear well-wisher Teacher”
In Search of Happiness
A Day when I thought of you
My dreams were upon the dew
Reality of my life I realized
Jiffy by jiffy my happiness minimized.
How harsh my life you made
Life is not worthy well said.
Dews get melt in the lake
I cried oh god!! My pain please you take
God replied, “I already took your all pain
Yet, you never smiled nothing you gained.
I made for you lot of crafts
You never understood the work of Arts
Humans want flora on each pace
Pain of thorns they don’t want to face.
Life is as simple as u make
Cake doesn’t give taste when it’s unbaked
So learn from life and enjoy its taste
It is wonderful mixture of sorrow and smile
So go and spread happiness on the earth.”
