Dabur Chyawanprash- A healthy child makes home happy

Dabur Chyawanprash- A healthy child makes home happy

It was her exam time when she was not well at all. Since, morning- “cough”, “cough”. We tried lots of cough syrup thought she will be fine but no effect. It was just two days left and she had to write her exam. Yes, my sister 21 year old who was preparing for her C.S. (Company Secretary) Finals and her health was uncontrollable. As we all know C.S. examinations are always tough and their result ratio just 3%. I had lots of expectations from her even my entire family had but she was not in condition to prepare so properly yet we consoled her and made her mood so that she can plan to give her C.S. Finals.

“No, I don’t want to appear for December; I will not succeed” my sister told to everyone & tears were rolling on her chicks as becoming C.S. was her one of the dream but due to exam tension & pressure she fell sick and was unable to recover promptly. My dad told her not to take tension and she should go for some Ayurvedic Treatment and then my mom suggested her to have Dabur Chyawanprash because my mom & dad have it every day with milk.  So my mom suggested her to have Dabur Chywanprash and accordingly she had it in morning with milk and set for studies.

After spending 3 hours of studies she planned to have healthy foods like fruits, Milk & Some boiled stuff again in lunch my mom gave her Dabur Chyawanprash and once again she set for studies. After spending 8 hours on studies she was 60% confident that she can clear her paper but yet it was not sufficient studies to clear exams like C.S. but she had no choice.

In a day she had Dabur Chyawanprash thrice and her recovery speed was better than other allopathic medicines. At last it was a day when she had to go to give her exam and she was looking pretty confident. After three hours of her exam mom told me to call her to ask how her paper she smiled and said yes exams were good but as a student even I know you cannot trust until and unless you get your results :P :P  I am not doubting her intelligence :P :P  but that’s true.

In the month of December C.S. results generally comes she was too nervous to check her own result because somewhere she had doubt whether she ca clear it or no but gathered some guts and entered her roll number on ICSI (Institute of company Secretaries of India) website and clicked to proceed and it was unbelievable she started crying but it was a day of her life when her dream came true and she cleared her C.S. Finals with first class marks. J J J J J J J J J

HomeWali Diwali- a day with family

HomeWali Diwali- a day with family
“Diwali”- a very well known festival across the country like India which is a country with full of diversity and during this festival we see the actual concept of unity in  diversity; where Maharshtrian, North Indians, South Indians, Rajasthanies and other small tribes/caste/sub-caste celebrate this festival by forgetting their cultural differences.  Diwali is not just only for celebration but also has a wider meaning; which connects you to stories of Ramayana (A very well know Indian Epic).

Since, my childhood I am staying with my family. My schooling, college everything was in Mumbai only. There is not even a single festival which I have celebrated without my family and when there is a festival of Diwali then preparation starts 15 days in advance.

During Diwali my Mom cleans entire home and she cooks different varieties of sweets like Gujiya, Gulab Jamun, Besan Laddoos and some desi dishes which are very famous among Bhriguwanshi Brahmins :P :P. During Diwali working age group get minimum 3 days continuous holiday and students get 20 to 25 days approximately and it is a time where you can spend maximum time with your loved ones. Regarding the concept of Diwali I would say Different different people have different meaning for this festival and according to that meaning they prefer to celebrate this festival; here following are some examples:

Kids (5-14 age group): For them Diwali is 15 days vacation from school and during this period they can eat, shop, enjoy & Yes Crackers all time favorite thing which they do prior to Diwali.

Teenagers (15 to 21 age group; Kindly ignore some exceptions/cases :P :P): For this age group Diwali is only and only for shopping, food and friends; that’s it and I can say spontaneously because that’s what it is for me and my some other friends as well :P :P.

I love shopping and for me Diwali is a reason when I can shop and buy new & trendy clothes without interruption. I would like to be more specific regarding the word “Interruption” as when I go for shopping with my mom and dad and when I select more than 3 or 4 dresses at a time and when my dad refuses to buy 3-4 expensive dresses altogether then my lovely mom handles situation easily by saying that “let her buy, Diwali comes once in a year” and fortunate me can take advantage of it
J J J.

Adults (22-40 age group; Once again ignore some exceptions/cases :P): For women it’s a festival when 95% women clean their homes no matter how lazy woman you are ;) J yet, you will clean your home. For men it’s a relaxing time out of office world; where they can eat, sleep and can spend maximum time with children and if any desire then wife too :P :P ;)

Remaining Humans (41 & above):

For them Diwali is about Pooja-Path, Impressing Kubera & Laxmi so that their blessing will keep family, rich, prosperous & joyful. My dad is 56 year old person; when I was just 10 from then I am seeing my dad worship to goddess Laxmi & god Kubera and he does the same Pooja-Path and Mantra dhyan till 3 a.m. just to pray for our prosperous & delightful life.

When I was just 10 my mom told me a short part of Ramayana which was all related to Lord Rama (King of Ayodhya) & his wife Sita.

When on Dusshehra Lord Rama won the battle and he was coming back to his Rajsansar then the entire subject of his empire decided to keep entire Ayodhya with full of lights as they were very happy because their favourite king was coming back to kingdom after surviving 14 years in Van (Forest).  So from that day people started celebrating that day as a festival of Diwali and which is now the most popular festival.

As I stated above Diwali has different meaning to different person but its only aim is to spread happiness whether you alone being happy or giving happiness to others or praying to god to give happiness to your loved ones. So here for me the only purpose and meaning of Diwali is “Happiness”.

"Be Happy, Give Happiness & Spread Happiness; enjoy a beautiful reason for this life".
