“Besan Laddo- Gram Flour Ball” one of the sweetest and
most adorable desserts for all Indians. My dad who is sweet lover but due to diabetes
can’t have too much sweet but as with growing technology you can find alternative
solutions for everything and for sweet lovers “Sugar Free Natura” is really a grand surprise.
When I heard about “Sugar Free Natura” I preferred to
surprise my dad through his one of the favourite desserts “Besan Laddoo”. It is the most simple and less time consuming
dessert but in taste it is always fabulous if the all ingredients are properly added.
There are three simple steps and maximum fifteen
minutes you need to prepare your favourite sweet dish.
Cooking Time- 15 Minutes.
Ingredients:
Beasn (Gram Flour)
- 2 Bowl
Ghee - 1/2 Bowl
Dry Fruits - 1/2 Bowl
Cardamom Powder
- A pinch Sugar Free Natura
Step
1:
Take a pan and add Ghee in pan.
Add Besan (Gram Flour) when Ghee gets boiled.
Step
2:
Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps till it gets
little bit brown & appetizing in smell.
Step
3:
Off the flame; add “Sugar Free Natura”, Cardamom powder
& dry-fruits; Mix all the ingredients properly.
Let it get cool for
sometime; once it gets cool make round balls and your Besan Laddoos are ready.
This is how I made sweet and tasty Besan Laddoos with
lots of love and health for my adorable dad with the help of “Sugar Free Natura”.
As I have added “Sugar Free Natura” so that all can
enjoy the taste of these Laddoos. Diabetic person & who is on dieting can
enjoy its taste without any tension of health issues or extra calories.
It’s completely tension free and healthy for everyone.

smile which he generally gets when he eats his favourite dishes.

23rd March, 2015; my lovely sister got
engaged to his dream-boy who was dating her past three year. Finally that day
came when they both decided to get married and planned to move a step ahead to
complete their love life.
It wasn’t an easy task to convince my parents and being
from different sub-casts of rigid Brahmin community it was an extremely tough
challenge for them to satisfy the requirements of marriage in view points of
both the families.
It is a true saying that love has power to change the

Since, the marriage has fixed on 13th December, 2015 and I am occupied with my
final year law exams and don’t have high budget also which I can use to gift my
lovely sister on her wedding day.
Though I had some of my savings which I had saved

(approximately)??? That to on someone’s wedding day.
Wait, the problem was not that tough as it was looking initially and subsequently I discussed with my friend Ankit regarding my sister’s wedding

My lover, who is sweet by
heart and salty by tummy; who is a foodie, blogger, software engineer, story
writer, poet and above all these he is a best boyfriend in this world.
It’s not just that my lover is
my only priority; beside my lover I also love my 10 year old niece, my parents,
my best friend and my darling sister. If I count then overall there are 10
people who all are my heartbeats. Without them I am just like niddle without
thread, shoes without socks and winter without blanket.
Fortunately or unfortunately
to say that abovementioned heartbeats of mine are foodies. And to make them happy I always need to cook
for them their favourite dishes.
My lover who is a pure
vegetarian and my remaining loved ones are non-vegetarians including me too. It
is a dilemma for me to satisfy their hunger need with their favourite dishes. But
good thing is that my non-vegetarian loved ones do prefer to eat Veg food if
the taste of a veg dish is extraordinary.

how it improved my dinner date-
Being a hardcore
non-vegetarian Brahmin girl it was really traumatising for me to cook any
vegetarian dish but as I mentioned earlier my lover is a vegetarian. Cooking veg
dishes were always a headache for me.
But as it is very famous
saying “if you want to enter in the heart of a gentleman whom you love, you
should have expertise in cooking because his heart ways go from his tummy” and Yes,
it was completely true in my case.
My lover, being a vegetarian
foodie gentleman; it was a tough challenge for me to win his heart as his mom
was a great cook and his expectations from me was much more.
One fine day I invited him for
a date. Well I know it looks awkward when girl calls a guy for a date but my
mind is quite open enough in this regard. No one was available at my home
except my elder sister who was aware of my relationship. I called up my bf and
informed him that today he has to have dinner at my home. He was excited but
scared too and affirmed fir the same in a sarcastic way.
It was 11 am when I officially
invited him for a date so I had complete day to prepare something special for
my dinner date. I planned to prepare Paneer Tikka, Chapati, Curd Curry and his
favourite Gajar ka Halwa.
I requested my sister to bring
some ingredients which wasn’t available in our kitchen subsequently she bought
those ingredients and handed over the bag to me. While checking the ingredients
bag I saw packet of McCain.
Out of curiosity I asked her
what the reason for buying a packet of McCain is. She said just fry this
smiling McCains in a pan with some oil then see a charm of you dinner date.
I was glad to see my sister’s
interest in my dinner date. By 6.50 pm I was almost done with my cooking. The
only thing which was pending was McCain to fry.
Considering it as easy work I
preferred to fry McCain in the end after getting ready for my lovely sweetheart.
Exact at 7.30 pm I got a call from my beloved and he informed me that he has
reached to station and will take another 25 minutes to reach at my home.
After getting ready I went
inside the kitchen to finish up my last task of the day. I pour some edible oil
in a pan to fry smiley McCain. After fry it was looking very crispy and
elegant. The aroma of that was really seductive.
As a part of experiment I
decorated some separate coins of McCain with cheese which was getting melt on
hot McCain and also added aloo bhujiya sev on top of some McCain coins. At last
served it in a plate with coriander and pudina.
The moment my lover entered in
my home he was happy to see me in a dress which he had gifted me. He greeted my
sister nicely and then I got some cold drinks for him. After an hour of
chit-chat we proceeded towards dining table where I had kept everything ready.
He glanced at each and every
dish but he was quite surprised to see McCain smiley coins. He tasted one slice of it and started
complimenting the McCain smileys. He asked me how did I make it then I showed
him a packet of McCain. He was really surprise to see how tasty snacks they
have managed to serve. He actually complemented the brand and its efforts for

In my family 8 types of different people live together in
one roof and forms a part of family. My dad & Brother who always wants to

English music channels; Niece & Nephew always watch all types of cartoon

yes I am a great fan of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein as it has shown a great positivity.
Two different people of two different communities tie a pious knot of marriage due
to their personal reasons and how fast that compromise turns into a great
relationship.
And initially the show moves on around a little angel “Ruhi”
and she becomes the cause of marriage and turns that marriage’s compromise into
love affection. The positivity shown in
this Television show really can inspire those who have stains of broken
marriage.
Initially the show had lots of positive points to watch
but nowadays have seen that it just has remained as typical boring television
show. But still being habitual of this TV show and I do watch all repeat telecast
on weekends.

Missing a single episode of any favourite show hurts a

25th November, 2015 at 01.05 a.m. She came
in my life and for the first time I felt such a beautiful touch in my life;
which I had never experienced before that day and that time when she entered in
my life. She was as soft as cotton, as beautiful as fairy and as pious as holy
temple. Time passed so fast; piousness of her heart I realized when she started
her schooling and when she wiped my tears for the first time. Simultaneously
she was also teaching me a simple meaning of this beautiful life.
Khushi who is my 10 year old niece. I live with my
niece alongwith my parents and unfortunately to say she lives with me without her
own parents. Still, I always tried my best to make her comfortable with me
while sharing any sort of her part of story. Buddy parenting is not that easy
part of parenthood and I can stand by this statement because I am the one who is facing such
situation in my real life. I am a girl
of 25 year old; "lawyer by profession, blogger by passion and guardian of my niece
without any hesitation".
Life was not so simple when I was handling my niece
when she was just 2 year old and started living with me and my parents without
having her own parents. I was adult eighteen when I accepted to love her and be
like a mother figure for her. Life was going on with the flow of time and my
Khsuhi had to take admission as she was compatible enough to start her first
pace towards life.
One fine morning I visited a school alongwith Khushi; which
was nearby to my residential place. Khushi did like the school but it was tough
to get the admission over there and she had to clear her pre –admission test as
well. I was really nervous when her interview was going on with the pre-primary
section’s principal but I was sure enough that she will clear her life’s first interview
and it was so true. We all were excited and started preparing her mind towards school.
She was also looking bit excited as she was not like other kids who generally
cry, scream and shout but luckily my angel was confident enough to go to
school.
With the time she was being very mischievous. Her
teasing style, her laugh, and her happiness really filled my life with great
memories. Back to back she was filling
my life with some new incidents sometimes fight with classmates, friends, and
colony friends and sometimes with her own best friends. Each day she used to tell
me her new story which caused her pain or happiness.
I remember one incident when she wanted to participate in
her school’s annual function but her class teacher refused to take her as she
was not regular in her class due to her ill health. That day she came to me and
asked me if I can help her to solve such a grievous problem of her life.
Well, it
was not that serious in nature but I could understand her elegant 8 year old
heart. I decided to meet her class teacher in order to sort out her life’s tiny
trouble but important too and subsequently I met her teacher; somehow I assured her teacher that she
will be regular and will be practising properly
for annual day’s dance performance. Her teacher agreed and noted my word but it
was a time where I also had to struggle with her to make sure her health should
not get affected. Successfully she performed during her annul day and for the
first time she made me to feel proud on her.
I remember her
second incident when she was teased by one colony’s 8 year old boy and due to
that incident she decided to not to go out to play with colony friends. Well,
it was really tough to make her understand that people will always mock about
you but it doesn't mean that you will hide your face due to that fear. But my awesome
angel understood this complicated rule of life within few days and I got her
smile back once again with full flow.
I remember when we both used to eat Maggie and Kelloggs
Chocos and we used to fight a lot. Kelloggs' Chocos 10 rupees packet used to make
our day great and all thanks to Kelloggs' team because of that she started drinking
milk atleast. Now she is 10 year old;
her innocent activities taking technological pace and she is getting attracted towards
laptops, mobile phones and tablets but I really miss her when she was not aware
of these technologies. But still today; when she sees me with the bowl of milk
and Kelloggs' Chocos, she jumps and try hard to take the bowl from me. Though she
never succeeds; how poor she is!! :P :P
Whatever the life is but I always have tried to
understand if you want a real kid in your kids always understand them and think
from their point of view because they have huge imaginary world and sometimes you
have to stand in their shoe to understand their imaginations.
Be friend with them and trust me you will get best
friend in return.
