“Environment” one of the common problem in the world
and almost every country is facing such a drastic worst condition of
environment issues. In order to tackle environment problems numerous countries
came ahead with the codified norms in the form of law in order to maintain the
environment peace.
In order to conservation of natural resources various
measures has been taken up by the governments of different countries and they
also invented new technology in order to conserve environment without causing
any damage to the nature. India codified the Environment norms in the name of "Environment Protection Act, 1986". Protecting Environment from Hazardous Substances & Living in Healthy Environment is one of the right and duties of citizens of the world which was also envisaged and taken up in written conventions of world summit. Wind energy is also a part of Environment in which you can protect environment health without causing hurt to Environment. Conserving
wind energy is one of the example which helps in development of technology
without causing any harm to the nature.

Wind energy or wind power is that form of using natural
resources which causes negligible harm to the environment.
Wind energy or wind power is extracted from air flow
using wind turbines in order to produce mechanical or electrical energy.
Windmills are used for their mechanical power,
wind-pumps for water pumping, and sail to propel ships.

Wind power is an alternative to fossil fuels, plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, produces no greenhouse gas
emissions during operation, and uses little land. The effects on the
environment are far less problematic than those of non-renewable power sources
this is the reason being why use of wind energy has taken as an essential pace
towards the protection of nature and development of growth rate of nation.
"Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association" has
launched Windergy India – a unique digital platform to create awareness about
the Wind Energy sector in India. Windergy India is slated to be the voice of
the Wind Energy industry.

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy has set
ambitious targets for the Wind Energy sector. As the sector aims to reach
60,000 MW capacities, it needs the support of the government.
Windergy India aims to create wider public awareness on
the benefits of wind energy, and the sectors efforts in India. Its mission is to
develop recommendation for Wind Energy among the general public.
Towards this, they have set up our presence on social
media platforms. Windergy India is also developing a website, and working on a series of
campaigns to help spread awareness about the benefits of wind energy as a
viable solution to India's energy crisis and its impact on global warming and
climate change.

Wind energy as a renewable, non-polluting and
affordable source directly avoids dependency of fuel and transport, can lead to
green and clean electricity.
One of the major advantages of wind energy is its
inherent strength to support rural employment and uplift of rural economy.
Further, unlike all other sources of power, wind energy does not consume any
water which in itself will become a scarce commodity. Hence one can say easily
that development of wind energy can wide a scope of development in the country
in all aspects and indeed it’s an essential part of development of our country.

Well, these are obvious reasons which I already have
provided hereinabove paragraphs that environment protection is the dire need of
the world and it is a right time to utilize “Green Energy” or “Renewable Energy”
so that India can progress and compete with the world in terms of development
and technology. India should advance wind-energy capabilities so that it can
reduce its dependency on other countries and can become Independent country in
production of fuel and transport which will definitely help to generate more revenue
for growth of the nation.
