This joint venture is a great step taken in order to secure future of your near
ones and dear ones and indeed it is an exceptional era of securing your life
from any inevitable incidents which can occur in anyone’s life.
I remember when I was
in first year of law (almost 4 Years ago) and my dad used to give me 100 rupees
per day as my pocket expenses and I used to spend the entire amount just to eat franky, chicken rolls, Chinese and other sort of junk foods. I was just sweet
seventeen and was ignorant of so many social hurdles and responsibilities.
Finally, a day came in my life and I started doing an internship in my second
year of law and as a stipend amount I used to get Rs. 1,500/- for a month which
amounts to Rs. 50/- per day.
I was totally disheartened
and disappointed when I used to get such a less amount on monthly basis which
was lesser than my pocket expenses which I used to get without working
anywhere. After some days of my work my dad informed me that he is not going to
pay me a single penny (after completing
one month of training period) for my expenses as I am earning and I should be
independent now. I was totally shocked after hearing my dad’s words because my
expenses used to be more than my stipend amount; but somewhere I controlled my anger and
moved on in my life.
After a month I received
my stipend and I made my expenses schedule in which junk foods/outside food was
strictly outside the list because I used to carry my mom made Tiffin everyday
and forgot to have all junk foods. I started spending less and I focused on my
savings and out of that stipend amount I saved 700 rupees from my 1,500/ stipend and I just
spent 315/ rupees on my railway monthly pass from Virar to Churchgate and little bit amount only I spent in the entire month. My happiness was on ninth cloud; for the first time I saved 700 rupees
and improved my lots of bad habits.
I shared this
incident to my dad. He softly replied “this is what I wanted in you; you always
should have habit of savings for your bad time or to help your near ones and
dear ones when they are in trouble”. My dad’s words clearly made a silent picture
of his encouragement and his guidance and I understood that he wanted me to understand
and face the reality in real world and not just in his words.
